The hotel had a great and really handy location a walking distance from Grand Opera House. The venue was set 400 metres from the bus stop.

Just a suitable option for a fleeting trip in Belfast with fantastic value for money. I was grateful for the helpful staff who moved me to a better room instantly when I reported the smell in the first one. Remember to keep a key to get your car out of the garage, especially if you leave early.

Noise from the street was unbearable at night!!! Poor room ventilation made it uncomfortable at times!!! Unpleasant odors in rooms detracted from the stay!!! Inconsistent cleaning standards were disappointing!!!

Ideal for a couple getaway
The kitchen in our room was really well equipped. Fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher. Great for a quick breakfast and out. Plus there's a bar and pizzeria coming next door. An exciting prospect for a drink or two before heading back. Our room was really excellent, very large, and super clean. Great central location too, everything's walkable, even the Titanic experience about a leisurely 30 min stroll.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what we got.

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring nearby attractions and the room was spacious . The view from our window offered a lovely landmark sight that added charm to our experience.
The kitchen amenities were basic and could use more utensils and cookware.

I had an awesome time with the spacious room featuring large windows and a comfy bed. Fresh milk in the fridge upon arrival was such a nice surprise! The live music on the weekends and the cozy lounge area made for great relaxation spots. Just wish the internet connection was a bit more reliable, but overall, a fantastic stay! 😊

The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of major attractions and an easy cab service. The studio I stayed in was spacious and offered great aesthetics, while the bar/restaurant was very good with its atmosphere and menu, including good French pastries. The checkout process felt rushed, and the noise levels were distracting at times, which affected the overall comfort of my stay.
